Great prices! We went for happy hour, wine was only $6. Wine was great(I had 2 whites one red) the bubbly was good, as well as the iced sangria. ($10)
We had the bruschetta which was delish and warm, I would get it again but can't say the same for the tacos. They are just very basic and not worth ordering again in my opinion. I Still have 5 starts because I didn't really go there for the food. However, My girl friend had a flatbread pizza and said it was really good. We saw people with the big cheese and finger foods platter and it looked amazing we will get that next time!
The employees were friendly, the atmosphere was laid back and relaxed. It was a small place but charming. Will be back! -

Love this pace! Up the street from my house and everyone is so nice. The food and wine are on point. The cheese board is on point. It's all on point! If I could go every day I would. I absolutely love the atmosphere...

first time in a tapas bar. chose this venue for our early 22nd anniversary dinner and were pleasantly contented. came here on a friday happy hour. opening was 4PM but this joint had a few early patrons before that. our personable server Melanie told us to sit anywhere. had the choice of doing the HH $6 options or the $45 dinner at the Vine for two which includes 2 glasses of wine (we had the Zinfandel), 3 tapas and a dessert. food was indeed finger licking good as described in the other reviews. they are deserving of their Golden Fork and 3 time best Tapas bar in Sacramento awards. pictures enclosed

I don't know how I got lucky enough to live one exit away from Citizen Vine! This Marine Veteran owned business offers military discounts to active duty members, THANK YOU! They have happy hour and daily specials that are very reasonable.
The service was really exceptional. I can tell that there are lots of regulars and the servers were all really friendly and helpful. They understood the menu and were able to help me with allergy concerns and make amazing wine selections based on our preferences.
My only super super small complaint is the chairs. Speaking as a someone with back problems, I could really use some comfortable chairs, and please please please give me a back to rest against. My husband was super uncomfortable in the straight back chairs with his hip and back issues, and we're not ancient, just in our 40's. But service life can be hard and a cozy chair to rest our bums and drink some wine while we escape our screaming toddler would be absolute heaven on Earth.
When I see proud Marines, I usually scream BLOOD AND GUTS!!!! But I guess here I'll class myself up and be a bit more civilized. See you soon!
